All proposed services require TEN’s written approval. Select medical aesthetic services may be considered following a separate review of the space, licensing, and insurance requirements.
Monthly suite rents depend on the particular room. Your quote confirms its size, furniture, included users, monthly rent, term, and first payment. One 170-square-foot interior office has a sink but no window. Specialized equipment requires written approval. Compare room sizes and monthly prices.

WORK TOGETHER
Private Team Suites
Private, furnished space for teams that work side by side.
Small Team Suite
Approximately 231–232 square feet for up to four regular users, subject to the finished furniture layout.
Large Team Suite
A 336-square-foot suite designed for an 8–10 person team. Eight regular users are included; a ninth and tenth may be added when the final layout supports them.
TEN confirms the actual workstation layout and approved occupancy before leasing. Added regular users are $100 each per month. See team suite prices and first payments.

Which services can operate in TEN’s suites?
TEN welcomes professional office uses and approved health and wellness consultations. Hair styling, nail services, makeup application, and massage treatments are not permitted within TEN suites. Please describe your proposed services when inquiring so we can confirm suitability before leasing.
