A $200 refundable training room deposit is required for 25 or more attendees, a catered meal or buffet in the room, public registration, or custom decorations or setup. TEN discloses it before payment and initiates any refund within five business days after inspection, less itemized damage or unusual cleaning charges. Suite deposits follow the signed agreement. Standard card and ACH processing is included in the published prices. Special services are quoted in advance.

Suite terms start at six months, then continue month to month with 60 days written notice to end, subject to the signed agreement. Approved tenants have daily access from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.; public business hours and staff availability are separate. TEN cleans shared areas and bookable rooms; suite occupants clean their own interiors and service-specific equipment. Additional regular users require approval at $100 each per month and do not add meeting credits. Dietitian and other approved consultation services use the selected suite’s listed rent. Select medical aesthetic services require a separate use and insurance review. Review suite eligibility.

The two Day Offices are approximately 92 and 104 square feet and are booked by the day. Room dimensions are approximate. Each suite’s furnishings, included users, actual availability, and first payment are confirmed in a written quote. Suite deposits are refundable under the signed agreement. Exterior street signage is optional and priced separately.

The $200 refundable training room deposit is required for 25 or more attendees, a catered meal or buffet in the room, public registration, or custom decorations or setup. TEN confirms it before payment and initiates a refund within five business days after inspection, less itemized damage or unusual extra cleaning. Physical key and lockout fees will be set after the access system is installed.
Booking changes & cancellation
Pass visits
Cancel at least 24 hours before the reserved coworking or Day Office visit for account credit. A later cancellation or no show uses the visit.
Meeting rooms
Cancel at least 48 hours ahead for a full refund or credit; 24–48 hours gives 50% account credit. Less than 24 hours or a no show has no refund or credit.
Training room
Cancel at least 14 days ahead for a full refund or credit; 7–13 days gives a 50% refund or full credit; 3–6 days gives 50% credit. Less than 72 hours has no refund or credit. Nonrefundable third-party costs remain payable.
One reschedule may be allowed subject to confirmation. Signed agreements and booking confirmations control. Monthly plan fees are generally not prorated for a partial month.
What TEN takes care of
TEN maintains and cleans shared areas, the waiting area, meeting rooms, and the training room, including normal cleaning after bookings. Complimentary self-serve coffee, tea, and water are available in the waiting area. Shared Wi-Fi and utilities are included with suites. Suite occupants clean their suite interiors and any service-specific equipment.
